Politics, folly-tics
Sep. 12th, 2012 09:25 amI don't like politics. The reason for that is explained in one of my favorite movies of all times, The Boondock Saints 2: "There's two kinds of people in this world when you boil it all down. You got your talkers and you got your doers. Most people are just talkers, all they do is talk. But when it is all said and done, it's the doers that change this world. And when they do that, they change us, and that's why we never forget them. So which one are you? Do you just talk about it, or do you stand up and do something about it? Because believe you me, all the rest of it is just coffee house and bullshit."
( Ding-Dong motherfucker! Ding-Dong! )
Also, I have no clue where I left my voting ticket, which means I still have to go home, return with the ticket, vote and go home again... *yuck*
Also I had an inordinate amount of sleep the night before yesterday, followed by a horrible experience I'm not sure I can write about soon. My eyesight is deteriorating from the lack of sleep (I hope, it would suck if my eyesight was deteriorating period).
