OK, this is not even FUNNY!
Jan. 12th, 2012 01:35 pmSo as it turns out, with all the things removed* from the base medical insurance, they wanted to include something to not make it seem like a total waste of money. So once again, the Netherlands is going herpy derpy and now reimburses the completely rediculous indoctrination known as Gay-healing, where someone who displays interest in a same-sex relationship can go to get it slammed out of him/her with a bible. Each and every time I think this country cannot sink any lower, they prove me wrong!
I mean sure, people who can't work because of physical hindrance may be bad for the economy, and a war veteran who wishes he could get back to work if only he could get those damn bodies out of his mind, and instead is watching his plants grow or attempts to eat a bullet aren't the most productive. Also, fat people should apparently stay fat. And I understand that smokers are a big addition to the government's tax funds.
But GAY PEOPLE! WOW! THOSE ARE A DANGER TO SOCIETY! THEY'RE COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF WORKING AND WORST OF ALL, GO AGAINST GOD! We must HEAL them. And the power of Christ is definitely the way to do that!**
Please tell me this is some sort of comedy I don't get. ._.
* tr. Less physical therapies, treatment against event-induced stress (I am interpreting this as (among others) PTSS!), diet advice, anti-smoking treatments and antacids (although chronic users still get partial payback.
** None of this is true
