Admission

At this very moment, I am filled with happiness. The thought of it is alienating my mind from my body, and leaving me comfortably numb. I can listen to Blood In My Eyes by Sum 41, and it sounds like Vivaldi to me, at the moment. Today, at least up to now, everything has been perfect - I woke up at 9:30, looking straight into Shampoo-plush's eyes and for once, not thinking about someone else while doing it. Cuddled with her for a bit, and got out of bed. The breakfast I had was as epic as the day could bring - Baked beans on toast, something I've been wanting to try for a while, and a Britsh colleague of mine took two cans of it home for me when he visited family in Britain last weekend. It was wonderful. Went out to get my groceries for the weekend, and on the way home stopped at the park that pretty much connects my current place to my new apartment. There were a couple of kids playing in a beautifully green park under a beautifully blue sky in a bright near-summer sun. If the vision hadn't been blurred by my returning near-sightedness, I'd've wondered if it were a dream. During the entire time that I've been in, the house has been quiet. I think I am the only one here right now. Anyway, the reason I mentioned the body/mind thing was because I ended up skimming over the top posts on the LJ front page and got by this Secrets Post thing. I found an image of someone admitting they were raped. As she casually tells her story I can hear my mind screaming in rage at the person that did this, but that's all. There's no actual rage. I don't feel like punching anything or anyone. It is a fascinating occurence. I am loving the feeling and taking up every little bit of it, and hope I can run on it for a while.

Right now I'm going to finish my first playthough of ME3 and determine if I should to a complete replay of ME1-3, to get the best ending possible.
