I've spent more on games today than I have in the last two years.
Actually that's not entirely true, I bought a couple of cheap DS games from eBay two months ago, but I ordered Mass Effect 2 Deluxe Edition today, and got a new DS Game, Valkyrie Profile. It looked ok, and I needed a new game to play. I am about to finish Puzzle Quest Galactrix, I only dabble in Scribblenauts (which is amazingly fun but gets equally amazingly boring amazingly fast) and the Layton game I got came with a broken save system and a no-return policy. The latter is the reason I'm paying a bit more because I got it from an interweb store as opposed to getting it dirt cheap off eBay.
Speaking of eBay, I stayed up late last night to toss some money at an attempt to get a small piece of fanart. Even though I overshot my budget in an impulse moment at the last second, I got overbid and saved some money, even though I really wanted the piece... Ah well... You win some, you lose some, right?
Work is kicking my ass, as per usual. Standard shift is even more annoying in the smaller fume hood at the new gigantic lab. I wonder if we even get one advantage out of this moving thing...
