Well, in the end I decided to agree with mom and not have it entirely cut off, but this short cut does and will forever remind me what a fucking pushover I am.
I had a reasonable argument with her about my appearance. Where I think I am a balding, once half-blind, crooked teethed mid-tween, she seems to see some sort of well-nosed, pretty-eared... guy. I've never seen a nose that's ugly, per se, and I'm not an ear guy. Sure, piercings are hideous IMO, although one or two are okay, I mean more like 15, or worse, in parts where no-one can see them most of the time, like through the tongue or in genitalea.
Coming back to the point, seeing as I don't have any body-metal, I think my nose looks ok, sure. But it doesn't really change the fact that I think my body is hideous. She just can't seem to accept that. The only reason I like my eyes is because they are no longer "decorated" by glasses, but that won't last either.
Ugh, I'm gonna go emo in a corner over here, if anyone's looking for me.
Oh no, I can't do that either. I have to do the dishes and somehow get the flies out of here that were drawn by the little bit of juice I left in one of my glasses. GOD DAMMIT!
