My life just got 40x better!

Besides my beautiful new wallpaper, here's what birghtened my day, and potentially a lot of other days to come:
1. Burnout Paradise is coming out for the PC! I lol'd at the recommended specs: core2Duo, 2 GB RAM, a v-card with 256MB memory and 3 FRIGGIN SCREENS FOR SURROUND PLAY! I'm quite happy with the two I have right now... XD Nevertheless, finally a game worthy of my attention. It's been a while. They have yet to release HL2e2 and Portal without the prior luggage. Gonna ask it for my birthday though. Let my family have something to give me. FTR: Dad, I've got a list, just so you know. :3
2. Albert's job got cancelled at the very last moment. Setting aside the fact that I can't believe that can be done, as he signed the contract, and that he is not particularly happy about it, shamed as I am to say, I am reasonably happy he's staying around, though he'll be working at a different platform and different time shifts. I hardly believe this will actually do him much good, but he seems to look at it from the good side, and I think that's what makes me happy.
3. Those eyes. I don't know how the artist did it, but I can't stop staring at them. Magical eyes + 2nd monitor = YAY~
4. I've decided to get the watch as my own birthday present. It'll be awesome.
