Awh FUCK

I was just taking a shower. I like my showers to be hot, but from time to time - our boiler isn't that good, water pressure, methinks - the water just turns cold like that. Usually I hop out of the way of the water or I just point the showerhead away. Today I was in the process of shampooing my hair when the damn thing went cold and I was like, fuck it, and washed out the shampoo (Damn, I'm very used to typing that with a capital S) while the water went below room temperature.

Then all of a sudden, if just feels like my brain explodes and can hardly remain standing... I was like that for an entire two minutes, cursing, swearing and staggering, trying hard not to fall over in a reasonably dirty shower cubicle. I think I burst some veins in my noggin.

It's ok, I haven't been using my brain lately, to my very own annoyance, and the annoyance of people I hold pretty dear to me. My checking has become faultier lately. Lab shift took a good bite out of my brain power. Luckily I saw it coming and already reserved the friday off, but I hope I won't do any more serious damage tomorrow. They'll have to bear with me and I have to hope I can actually recover in the three-day weekend...

Also, is anyone on my LJ or not from around seeing ad banners on my page? Because if that is so, I demand my extra user pictures!
