I never even tried this
Jun. 7th, 2007 12:57 pmMy internet was slow this morning, and by slow I mean FUCK ME I COULD GET FASTER RESULTS RUNNING TO THE HOST WITH MY USB STICK!
A reset of the modem turned out to be sufficient to restore normal speeds, though. This did make me think however, of the differences in performance among browsers. So I did something none of you saw coming: I downloaded and installed Firefox! Not to worry, I haven't lost my sanity, nor is this one of my hypocrite actions, I simply wanted to compare performance of my favorite 2 browsers and Firefox. Actually, I included Firefox not even to spite them, but just out of sheer curiosity. Behold the results:

Conclusion? IE 6 Rules, mostly due to compatibility issues with Opera, and performance wise, it doesn't differ too much.
Now to uninstall Firefox and continue my browsing. : D
