Lifewise I'm doing pretty good. I was a bit surprised by my swift decision to cancel Solvay last night and had some second thoughts, especially since Holland Colors isn't even certain. But it's just not cool when you're bound to a contract for a year and it turns out to be a crappy job after a month. Besides that, I don't think I'd like to live in Olst, and traveling is (though acceptable) not my preference. Apeldoorn would be a much easier place to live, and still nice and close to home. I really hope this works out, because I'm just getting worked up over it the more I think about it. I was rather startled by the sudden double offer at first, and had the idea that I REALLY wanted to go to Olst. But in the end, I think it was just the view of a fixed future that I grasped, and the job itself wasn't that appealing. I just hope these guys didn't get a too wrong impression of me, this is the second time I turned down an offer. I don't think there will be a third.
Hiro was on yesterday, which substantially lightened my mood. Usagi is on now, or rather was on a minute ago. My tooth can't be fixed before next monday, the dentist is on holiday with the kids. The pain is becoming bearable though, except for the ice cream and deserts... *sniff*
Well, that should provide a good 10 minute read if you read it all, hehe. I guess I'm done for now, too. : D
